BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series: Breath and Flow with Dr. Lindsey Mathews
This class is focused on postpartum healing and movement. Class will occur on Saturday, September 28th, October 26th, and November 16th. The class will be held from 12:30 pm-2:00 pm at The Little Yoga House. This class is open to anyone that is less than a year postpartum that wants to initiate healing and connect with their body. Lindsey will lead the group through some breathing exercises, guided meditation, and self-healing techniques as well as basic human movement patterns. By the end of the three-part series you will have tools to connect with your body for a daily movement meditation.

Meet BirthFit Founder and Instructor, Dr. Lindsey Mathews, DC
Lindsey Mathews is a doctor of chiropractic, birth doula, NLP practitioner, and strength and conditioning coach. Born and raised in Texas, she currently calls Venice, CA, home. Lindsey started BIRTHFIT in 2011 as a blog with a deep desire to support and educate women throughout the motherhood transition. BIRTHFIT started expanding in 2014 and since then has doubled in size each year. BIRTHFIT is a movement!
