The Little Yoga House’s Mother’s Day Workshop
A great alternative to the typical Mother’s Day brunch, The Little Yoga House is combining crafts, snacks and aerial yoga for an unforgettable Mother’s Day experience. The event starts with a 45 minute Mom & Child Aerial Yoga Class (Ages 6+). After class enjoy sips & bites from Curcuma Vegan Food Truck & Kind Bar while you and your child get creative with a take home craft project. BONUS! Moms get to walk away with a goodie bag from our favorite local brands including Outdoor Voices & Uchi to name a few!

Mother's Day Symphony
Gather the whole family at the Texas State Capitol building to take in some tunes from the Austin Symphonic band. The event is free and starts at 7pm, but you’ll want to show up a little early to get good spots.

Aviator Pizza Mother's Day Brunch
Aviator Pizza is asking moms & families to test drive their new brunch menu on Mother’s Day. Aviator plans to officially launch their brunch menu later this summer, but first they need mom’s stamp of approval. The menu includes quiches, breakfast calzones, and more. The full menu will also be available in case you have a little one who refuses anything but the finest cheese pizza. Moms can also enjoy free mimosa. There will be complimentary dessert and live music from Honey Punch Band, starting at noon.

Barton Springs Parade
Barton Springs is celebrating their 70th birthday, and we’re all invited! Join Barton Springs Conservancy for a fun, family-friendly parade that will end in a celebratory plunge into Barton Springs. Barton Springs Conservancy as invited Austinites of all ages and encourages participants to dress up in their most patriotic attire. Folks will meet at the South Entrance of Barton Springs by 9 a.m. for a spirited march around and into the pool area, followed by a plunge into the Springs. After a quick swim, birthday cake will be served.

Mother's Day Maifest
Live Oak Brewing Company is hosting a family-friendly bonanza for Mother’s Day this year. Their Mother’s Day Maifest will include a bounce house, a petting zoo, live music, and of course, fresh beer for parents. The food is still TBD, but if it’s anything like their past events, you can count on some seriously delicious options.
